Cost-effectiveness of nanomaterial applied road paving

Abstract

The preparation of nano-modified concrete and its application in road pavement materials have broad application prospects for improving the wear resistance of road surfaces and reducing engineering costs. This article mainly studies the cost-effectiveness of nano-materials applied in road pavement engineering. This article uses ABC classification method to analyze the project cost. First, it analyzes the impact of each factor of the project cost on the project cost, finds the corresponding A, B, and C factors, so as to focus on the management of the A project cost factors. Then analyze the A-type cost factors of the A-type cost factors, find the A-type influencing factors of the A-type cost factors, and take reasonable measures for corresponding management and control, so as to ensure the effective control of the project cost. The research results show that the occupancy cost of asphalt concrete, concrete C30 and other materials is 82.784%, which is a class A material; the cumulative occupancy cost of materials such as steel bars and backfill gravel is 89.170%, 91.179%, which is a class B material. Type A materials are the main cost-controlling materials, which are directly related to the success or failure of the total cost control of materials. Type B material is a secondary cost factor of material cost, and relatively important control management should also be carried out. The experimental results of this article show that the combination of nanomaterial technology and cost control of road paving engineering construction projects can not only save the cost of road paving engineering construction, but also reduce many unnecessary wastes, and further strengthen the cost control of road paving engineering construction projects. The management level reduces the construction cost of road engineering.
