Background: Differential expressions of cancer-associated genes, including histone deacetylases (HDACs), were identified in distinctive molecular subtypes of breast cancer. Compared with hormone receptor-positive breast cancer, triple-negative (TNBC, ER−PR−HER2−) is the most aggressive form of breast cancer.
